Short blog tonight—-so proud of myself..exercised for 6 days in a row!! tomorrow I’ll take a break from it and just relax! Since beginning of Oct my weight has been 140-142…i’ve been asked a few times recently if i lost more weight…nope just toned!!!!!! must be all the zumba/ kickboxing etc..it truely is paying off! So as of Apr. 1 i will basically have maintained for 6mths..I’ve STILL recorded my weight every Friday morning since Jan or Feb of 2008..check out my page on it! I think it’s time
