Classes will be held Mondays from 6:15-7:45 p.m. and two classes on Wednesday from 4:45-6:15 p.m. and from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

I realize that yoga is mostly a relaxation and stress-relief practice for me . . . I think I need to invest in another practice that meets this need.
