I’ve been reading blogs and talking to people and find that most people make resolutions to get healthier and trimmer at the start of each year. Three years ago, I dropped almost 30 pounds and have managed to keep *most* of it off. It’s always a struggle, but I find when I’m eating healthy and exercising regularly, I am a much happier, more productive person. I also really like when my clothes fit! So for those looking for tips, I will share what worked for me! 1. Keep a food journal.
