Random Feed wrote an interesting post today on Here’s a quick excerpt Today’s Spread: I brought a bowl of spinach , half a lemon and a garbanzo bean salad made with lemon juice (the other half), feta, and Sriratcha (we just bought some more of this – it has been way too long!) I squirted the lemon on the spinach and dumped the beans on the salad for a wonderful entree. Baby spinach is so easy to stuff into a lunch box for an instant salad. I used Kelsey for a photography table I also packed some green grapes
