After my morning post , I hit the treadmill for a 6 mile run (55:25/9:14 pace). I decided that this was my last long run on a treadmill. I am fortunate to have free on-sight yoga a work two (and soon to be three) lunch hours a week. A woman in our office teaches yoga and volunteers to keep us limber (she is high on my list of people to weave a scarf for).
