A hammock during yoga? Only in anti-gravity yoga, the newest step in the crunch fitness ladder, founded by former gymnast Christopher Harrison. It’s a little bit of acrobatics, a little bit of Pilates and a little bit of gymnastics all rolled into one. The props? A hammock suspended from the ceiling. The method? Suspend yourself upside down.
