I didn’t get in bed until a little after 10pm, so I reset my alarm to nix my morning workout in favor of getting all the sleep I can get before my travels abroad. I got up at 6 and pittered around when I had planned to go yoga. Then I got off schedule and now I’m running late! Guf! I hate that my Friday class is 30 minutes sooner than my M/W ones – it throws me off. I’m planning a mid-afternoon workout, but we’ll see… I should have had cereal with my time constraint, but I chose oats

In penance for not doing P90X yesterday, due to my moving in back home for break, today I underwent the 90-minute yoga course, which is 45 minutes of excruciating pain, 30 minutes of slightly less excruciating pain, and 15 minutes of blissful stretching. People who make fun of yoga are people who wouldn’t last 15 minutes into a yoga course without collapsing.

I woke up when Matt got up at 6 to leave for his 12-hour Friday. But I didn’t get out of bed until 6:45 I just laid there snoozing and listening to the radio. Probably not the smartest choice since I have a ton to do today. I came down to do 45 minutes of Morning Flow yoga. I was enjoying the session until about 30 minutes in when she started on inversions. I am just not ready to do those (and feel like I am going to break my neck while home alone) so I got frustrated and quit I hate
