Candlelight and soft music set an intimate mood for this two-hour Couples Workshop. Couples will be led through a relaxing sequence of breathing, gentle stretching, meditation, and massage. Throughout the class, couples assist their partners with stretching and standing poses, and take turns giving and receiving massage. Class closes with a gentle neck, face, and head massage, just before a restful Savasana. Please join us for an evening of sharing and connecting through Yoga and massage.
