I consider myself an “in shape” person. I exercise most days of the week. I mix up my workouts. I break a sweat with the best of ‘em. However, I felt sooooo incredibly out of shape this morning while taking a pilates class at HW. For the first time, I tried Fusion Strength, a class that combines weight training with yoga and pilates-based movements, and, man, was it challenging!!! I struggled to get through the class, and I kept needing to stop and rest my abs… and the class was only 45 minutes
