Here’s a quick excerpt
I took hubby up on his bet. I’m trying to kick things off by doing two shakes a day (slimfast) and one healthy meal a day for a few days, plus fruits, veggies and yogurt for snacks as needed. I started things well by going to the Y today. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on weights. I started out at low weights and only 25 repititions but I started. We are going to yoga in the morning at 5:30 so that will help stretch out any aches I will have in the morning. That’s all for
